Becoming tools for the development and achievement of its goals. It arises in our Cihuatlan´s Regional Preparatory through the agreement that the University has with the Foundation Proeducation in Tourism, among whose companies of support is American Express.
It has as mission to provide the region, people that can use and exploit in a sustainable way the natural resources of the Bay propitiating this way a better development of the same. This extension course relies on a few facilities inside the Preparatory that support its functioning: a small library with material and bibliography specializing in tourism, an office equipped with two computers connected to internet, printer, television with VCR, 4 desks and two files besides didactic material completely updated. Also it has a classroom destined for the imparting of the different modules that compose its plan of studies. Besides it has to its disposition, all the facilities of the preparatory, which suaport the optimization of its learning such as the Center of Calculation, the Center of self access, even the forum of the same school where they realize diverse presentations.
Finally, and more important, the pupils rely on a structure of organization that allows them to work in an orderly way and team work. They have areas of responsibility and a permanent way to solve the problems that in the development of the extension course may occur. The structure is the following one:
